EZ-01 epoxy resin
Champion EZ-01 epoxy resin is a modified low-viscosity dual-liquid polymer reinforced chemical grouting material. High pressure injection repairs defects such as cracks in the concrete structure or hollow honeycomb, and is perfectly integrated with the structure after curing. It is suitable for the reinforcement, anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion of all projects such as subway, tunnel, culvert box, dam, harbor port, garage, civil air defense and so on.
Product Features
· Low viscosity and high permeability, engraved with 0.02mm crack, permanently reinforce and repair it.
· Two-liquid type, the mixing ratio of epoxy and curing agent at room temperature is 5: 1, the operating time is 30 minutes, and the mixing ratio can be adjusted according to the ambient temperature to control the curing time.
· High solid strength, corrosion resistance, no shrinkage, perfect bonding with foundation, and excellent impermeability.
· Applicable to damp and no obvious seepage structure or dry cracks.
Safety protective equipment such as goggles and gloves must be worn during construction.
Storage, transportation and packaging
· During transportation, the product should be strictly protected from rain and sun, avoid collision and falling during transportation, and replace the new barrel in time when the original packaging is damaged.
· The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors, away from open flames, isolated from heat source radiation, and the original packaging should be placed in a shelf life of 12 months.
· Specially made iron drum, weighing 10 kg / drum, 20 kg / drum (curing agent 2 kg / drum).

Construction process
High pressure perfusion
· Mix epoxy A and curing agent B, mixing ratio A: B = 5: 1 (weight ratio), appropriate amount of special diluent can be added according to site conditions
· In order to fill the crack completely, it should be refilled within 30 minutes, and the slurry will stop when it seeps out of the crack.
· After 3 days, clean the epoxy slurry that has solidified on the concrete structure, pull out the grouting nozzle, and close the hole with cement polymer waterproof mortar
Low pressure perfusion
· Tick the groove along the crack, the width of the groove is 10-15mm, and the depth of the groove is determined by the thickness of the base layer. Use an air pump or fan to blow off the dust in the tank.
· Admix epoxy putty sealing compound, paste the grouting base and crack surface on the seam, but do not block the gap.
· Mix the epoxy resin A / B according to the proportion and stir it evenly, then suck it into the syringe, install it on the injection base, tighten it, pull out the plug and start grouting
· Check the slurry residue in the filling syringe and add epoxy resin immediately. Repeat this step until the syringe remains, indicating that it is full. Remove the syringe and quickly install the plug on the base.
Precautions
· During construction, avoid contact with the skin. Wear gloves, masks, goggles. If contaminated, please rinse with plenty of water immediately. If the eyes touch the product by mistake, send to the doctor immediately.
· The main agent and curing agent must be mixed in accordance with the specified proportion before use
· After the main agent and curing agent are mixed, they should be used within the available time to prevent the material from curing and being unusable.
· After use, the equipment, spatulas, agitators and containers should be thoroughly washed with thinner before hardening.
